 OSTEOPATHY

Osteopath's are trained to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Osteopathy involves the use of hands-on

manual therapy techniques to help reduce pain and stiffness and

improve the body's function and healing capacity.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine involving techniques such as; massage, stretching, joint manipulation and articulation, dry needling and cupping.

At Adapt, we believe in taking the time to truly listen to our patients. We perform a detailed assessment to get to the root of their condition, rather than just providing a quick fix. Our goal is to provide personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual patient.

Assessment

Your Osteopath will then perform physical assessments, including posture, range of motion, strength, and any special tests that may be relevant to your presenting complaint. This assessment allows us to understand and diagnose your condition and create an appropriate treatment plan.
