Dry Needling
Our Osteopaths are highly trained in dry needling, a technique used to treat muscle pain and tension. Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into trigger points in the muscle, which can help release tension and improve blood flow. We often use dry needling in conjunction with other manual therapy techniques to help relieve pain and improve mobility.

Cupping
Cupping is a technique used to help alleviate pain and muscle tension. By creating suction on the skin, cupping can increase blood flow to the area, this seperates the tissues and helps to reduce inflammation and promote healing. When appropriate, our Osteopaths may use cupping in addition to other treatment techniques to help release tight muscles, reduce pain and improve range of motion.
