& post natal

Clinical Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise throughout pregnancy and the post natal period. Pilates can help maintain strength, balance and flexibility throughout pregnancy. We adapt and change our programming to suit each stage of pregnancy, and any aches and pains that may arise throughout. Pilates can also assist with post-natal recovery, restoring core and pelvic floor strength, and addressing the common musculoskeletal complaints that come up in the post-natal period.
